Scout Universal panel

Scout Universal Panel serves as multi-purpose platform for equipment carry. Allows mounting of mag pouches and other MOLLE/PALS accessories.
Panel can be used with a main belt or tactical vest. Can be mounted also on a normal trouser belt.
In addition, Scout Universal Panel can serve as emergency plate carrier or simple chestrig.
Inner compartment closed with velcro can be used to carry small items or special SAG insert pouches.
